1 Tbs fresh lemon juice plus lemon zest from 1 lemon
3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut plus more for rolling balls on
2 tsps turmeric
Black pepper
Sea salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well until a ball starts forming
Take about a one tablespoon measure and roll each into a ball
Roll each on a plate sprinkled with the extra coconut
Refrigerate to firm up
