Fresh + flavorful take on basic hummus
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas or one can, save 2 Tbs aquafaba (liquid from the chickpeas)
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
1 cup of fresh dill, hardier stems removed (add more for a more pronounced dill taste)
Salt to taste
Pinch of cumin
4 Tbs ice cold water

Lemony Dill Hummus
Fresh + flavorful take on basic hummus
Ingredients

2 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
1 cup of fresh dill, hardier stems removed (add more for a more pronounced dill taste)
Salt to taste
Pinch of cumin
4 Tbs ice cold water
Instructions
Process all the ingredients except for the water. Once processed add the water while the machine is running. (this gives it a light a fluffy texture)
Notes
Makes about 3-4 cups
Serve with bread or with snacking cucumbers
