1 large red beet, steamed or roasted
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas or one can, save 2 Tbs aquafaba (liquid from the chickpeas)
Juice of 2 limes
2 cloves of garlic (you can add more if you like it to be garlicky!)
2 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
Salt to taste
Pinch of cumin
4 Tbs ice cold water

Ingredients

Instructions
Process all the ingredients except for the water. Once processed add the water while the machine is running. (this gives it a light a fluffy texture)
Notes
Makes about 3-4 cups
Serve with bread or with snacking veg
